Bringing smiles to families
India is strong traditional family and community based society. A lot of the Trust's efforts and focus is on making the lives of mothers easier, because mothers really are the heart of every Indian family. By enabling one mother, we enable 5-6 members of the family live decent dignified lives.

Delivering Ration to the Needy
The Trust ensures a steady food supply of rice, lentils and flour to the most vulnerable and secluded sections of society such as abandoned widow ashrams, children's shelters and old age homes, in different states of India.

Providing clothes to Children
Clothing is not only a health issue but an important issue of human dignity, especially for young children who are growing up.
The Trust ensures that needy children have access to basic clothes such as school uniforms, proper shoes, warm clothing and others. Good clothes, without holes or wear and tear, have an incredible effect on increasing the confidence and abilities of young children as they no longer feel ashamed to step out of their homes.

An Indian Thali for Homes
Food captures the essence of India.
During the COVID Pandemic, the Trust ensured that many vulnerable families got access to decent and sanitary meals through our 'thali delivery system' using the famous Indian dabbawalas (food delivery people) network.

Warm Clothes for the Elderly
India is a subcontinent and most Indians are used to living in sub-tropical weather, with winters being extremely harsh times. The Trust operates special warm clothing drives to ensure that elderly persons, especially homeless persons have warm clothes to survive the winter and be comfortable.

Homes for Widows
India is home to one of the largest widow population in the world, with many women being sent by their families to spend their last years in the ancient cities of Banaras, Mathura, Vrindavan and others. The Trust helps place such widows in safe homes for widows in partnership with local grassroots organisations across multiple such cities.

Helping Recycle and Reuse discarded clothes
In a shameful paradox, India produces enough clothes each year for every person in the country to be adequately covered, yet most of the clothes are discarded while tens of thousands of people struggle to get basic clothing. The Trust bridges this gap by connecting the needy with clothing recycling initiatives and through various kinds of clothing drives.

Helping Children
The Trust protects and helps children from hard labour factories and forceful work in inhuman conditions. We help get such children placed in safe and government approved shelters and provide mental counselling to ease their trauma and get them adjusted to normal life of a child.

Working for the Common Man
The Trust works for the Common Man, helping sustain normal livelihoods, problem solving daily needs of water, sanitation and employment. We help connect Youth in particular to multiple employment opportunities at both the national, state and panchayat levels to ensure that hard working individuals can earn a sustainable livelihood.

Water is Life
Access to clean water is slowly emerging as one of the biggest livelihood issues across the country. With sanitation, ablutions and cleanliness intrinsic to life in India, access to an affordable, guaranteed and sanitised water supply is a major problem, given the water scarcity prevalent in many parts of the country.

Helping create Indian Kirana Shop Magic!
The Trust helps sustain local employment and businesses by supporting Kirana shops (essentials shops) across the country. We help to digitalise, connect, problem-solve and enable scaling up of kirana shops so that they can survive and thrive with the change of consumer habits, lifestyle, demands and expectations.

Working with Indian Farmers to secure livelihoods
India is still at its heart an agrarian economy. The agriculture sector employs the largest number of people in India, yet the agricultural output has enormous scope for improvement. We work with Farmers Self Help Groups to improve their productivity and outputs through rationalising the use of agricultural inputs such as seeds, water, pesticides, deliveries and sale. We provide high quality seeds to multitudes of farmers.

Enabling Women & Children Self Help Groups
Many ancestoral, traditional and valuable industries in India are run by Women Self Help Groups such as the weaving of the world famous "Pashmina and Cashmere shawls and stoles" in northern India. Such work embodies India's invaluable cultural and artistic treasures and must be preserved and promoted. The Trust helps in financing such women and children self help groups, to enable them to carry on the invaluable inter-generational heritage and work.

Providing Water Services amidst Severe Heat
Year after year, India is now extremely prone to severe, life-threatening heatwaves in the hot summer months, primarily due to climate change. To ensure that the common people have access to clean water and are adequately hydrated, the Trust has for over 20 years been running free water services for all during the summer months, helping people cool down, drink water and stay healthy.

The Trust runs a 'Kendriya Vidyalaya' (Primary School) in Barsana, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.

A lifeline for hundreds of students
Our School provides affordable, good and ethical education at the primary level, ensuring a healthy boy-girl ratio and helping ignite young dreams and possibilities.
By enrolling many many students form vulnerable communities in the school, we also ensure that children do not fall prey to illegal trafficking rackets, molestation rings and drugs. Over time our school has become a lifeline for hundreds of students!

Creating Good Human Beings
The Trust places a lot of emphasis on traditional Indian values, family bonding and the 'Gurukul Education' model. By combining best practises of the formal Indian education system and the traditional education model, we focus on holistic values for nation building and strive to create good human beings, who have a strong ethical foundation.

Providing Higher Education Scholarships
For Students who show merit, talent and a drive for excellence, the Trust sponsors and financially supports their higher education studies right through college. Ideally we would like to help all children reach college education, but due to lack of funds, we currently provide education scholarships for higher education to meritorious and financially weak students.

Recognising and Awarding Young Talent
Our School engages in all round holistic development of children, through a healthy balance between work and play. Sports, art and extra-curricular programs are incredibly important for a child's growth. We believe in recognising talent in and out of the classroom and awarding young talents and nurturing their growth. Many of our students have gone on to become state level athletes and sportspersons in India!

Financing the Marriages of Rural Women
The Trust finances mass weddings in rural India, helping young women achieve this important milestone in their lives.
For all Trust financed weddings, we have 3 principle conditions: 1) The girl and boy should be above 18 years of age, 2) The marriage must have the individual consent of both the bride and the groom and 3) Their should be no demand of dowry from the groom's side.
By taking the financial burden of marriage away from the shoulders of rural households, we ensure that local families do not fall into the deadly cycle of unsustainable debt while enabling rural women to marry with dignity.

Glasses for Blind Women and Men
Periodically over 20 years and counting, the Trust has organised medical camps and eye checkup workshops for blind people, providing free of cost glasses, walking sticks and other essential items to enable blind men and women to live life with a little ease and much dignity.

Planting Trees, Advocating Climate Action
The Trust is a passionate advocate for the environment and has helped plants innumerable number of trees and saplings over 2 decades. We periodically organise tree plantation drives, specially engaging the youth to plant small saplings and take care of them for at least a year, while trust officers and networks ensure their decadal growth.
By making youth stakeholders in the plantation process, we ensure that we build a sustainable chain of young volunteers who are passionate advocates for the environment.
The Trust is proud to be a partner in the Prime Minister Modi's 'Ek Ped Maa ke Naam' environmental mission. (Prime Minister Modi's One tree for mother earth initiative).

Medical Camps for Children
The Trust organises medical health camps for children across multiple states from time to time, ensuring that rural families and communities are up to date in vaccinations, basic medical treatment and health of children.
Basic check-ups and treatment for eyes, teeth, ears, limbs as well as basic vitamin supplements for body weight, height growth and body strength can do wonders to helping young children grow into healthy adults.

Our Historic girls race in rural India
In rural communities where young girls are often not allowed to step outside the home, we work with the district administration to organise sports events, programmes and activities, where young girls are encouraged to participate. This helps us integrate young girls into the local community ecosystem beyond their households and also acts as an important place where we can talk to parents to bring positive change in their thinking.
The Trust recently organised a historic all girls race in a village in mathura district, where young girls were not even allowed to go outside their homes!

Sports & Body Building Competitions for Youth
For young boys, adolescents and youth, we organise body building competitions and intensive sports activities. Our aim is to keep young boys engaged in positive activities and prevent them from joining criminal elements, drug rackets and other harmful activities that will ruin their lives.

Advocating Climate Action
We organise and lead Youth Movements on climate action. We believe in maintaining a good balance between livelihood and environmental protection. Every resident of India deserves to breath clean air, drink clean water and live in clean environments. We work with other civic organisations and the United Nations to help make this a reality, while also ensuring that local industries are not closed down in the name of environment.
